1. WHAT WE COLLECT

When you register your child, we collect the information needed to run the program:

• The child's first and last name, date of birth, grade, teacher's name and school
• The parent's full name, email address and phone number
• The sport, whether the child goes to after care or you pick them up, and the day chosen on the one-day plan
• Any allergy, medical condition or restriction you tell us about
• Payment information, which is handled by our payment processor

2. HOW WE USE IT

We use this information to register your child, charge the enrollment fee and the monthly fee, place your child in the right group, contact you about the program and keep attendance.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with other companies for advertising.

3. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We share only what is needed with:

• The school where your child attends the program, for dismissal, pickup and attendance
• The services that process our registration forms, payments and messages

Those services only handle the information needed to do their part, and our registration and payment systems are the ones Lecel Academy uses to run enrollments.

4. PHOTOS AND VIDEO

Photos and video of children are covered in our Terms and Conditions, in the Photos and video section. You can ask us to stop using photos and videos of your child at any time by writing to [email protected].

5. YOUR CHOICES

You can ask to see the information we hold about you and your child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected].

If you ask us to delete the information needed to run the program, we can no longer keep your child enrolled. Information we are required to keep for payments already processed is kept for as long as the law requires.

6. SECURITY

Registration forms, contacts and messages run on HighLevel, and payments are processed through Square. Both are established services, and access to them is limited to the people at Lecel Academy who need it to run the program.

We never see or store your full card number; it stays with our payment processor.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. If the change affects how we use information you already gave us, we tell you by email before the new use begins.
