1. PAYMENT BREAKDOWN & AUTHORIZATION
By enrolling in Lecel Academy, you authorize Lecel Academy to charge the payment method provided during registration. The initial charge is $240 USD, broken down as follows:

Total first charge$240
After the initial payment, a recurring monthly fee of $140 USD will be charged automatically on the 1st of every month unless the membership is canceled in advance.
2. RECURRING BILLING ON THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH
Memberships renew automatically. Your payment method is charged $140 USD on the 1st of every month, regardless of how many days are in the month, unless you cancel beforehand.
You must cancel before the 1st to avoid being charged again. Next billing date on the calendar: the 1st of next month. To avoid that charge, cancel by the last day of this month. If a charge is processed, it is considered final and earned.
It is your responsibility to maintain valid payment information. Failed or declined payments may result in suspended access.
3. NO REFUND POLICY
All payments are non-refundable. This includes:
- The $100 inscription fee
- The $140 first monthly payment
- All future monthly membership payments, including those billed on the 1st
No refunds are issued for partial months, unused time, missed sessions, or changes in availability.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges only.
Payments already processed remain non-refundable, even if cancellation occurs shortly after billing.
To avoid the next charge, cancellation must be completed before the 1st of the month, meaning no later than the last day of the month prior.
5. ACCESS & CONDUCT
Membership access is non-transferable. Sharing access, reselling services, or misusing content may result in termination without refund.
6. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Lecel Academy may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
7. EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER
Lecel Academy provides sports education and training. Results vary by participant, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
